It is by understanding and focusing on your talents and creating a support network to shore up your lesser talents, that you will be able to build a business that has the desired results. Each Release Your Entrepreneurial Talent (RYT01) is a package of three full evaluations for aspiring or existing entrepreneurs. Each evaluation includes three elements: BP10 assessment, Entrepreneurial Intensity Report, and a 30min unpacking call with a Gallup-trained coach. 1] The Builder Profile 10 (BP10) assessment is scientifically designed to help people discover, share, and harness their entrepreneurial capacities. Completing the BP10 assessment allows you to discover your personalized and unique builder talent profile, including your rank order for each of the 10 builder talents. This digital product includes one access code to complete the BP10 assessment. You’ll receive a personalized report that: [1] reveals your dominant entrepreneurial capacities, [2] identifies what role you should play in building, and [3] provides you with actionable steps for developing your capacities. 2] The Entrepreneurial Intensity Report helps individuals better understand their degree of entrepreneurial talent with regards to the three founder roles and the 10 builder talents. 3] The Top5 CliftonStrengths assessment identifies how you are naturally wired. The assessment reveals in what areas you have talent and offers personalized reports to better understand your Top5. It will help you understand the filters you use and how for you to access your greatest potential. BONUS : 4] The Unpacking Session is a thirty-minute video call that will allow the entrepreneur to understand their reports and address any questions they may have. A scheduling link will be sent to each individual 48 hours upon completion of the BP10 assessment.
