Stages of entrepreneurship: Break-even Growth
Quick description: All entrepreneurs and business leaders face similar frustrations—personnel conflict, profit woes, and inadequate growth. Decisions never seem to get made, or, once made, fail to be properly implemented. But there is a solution. It’s not complicated or theoretical. The Entrepreneurial Operating System® is a practical method for achieving the business success you have always envisioned. In Traction, you’ll learn the secrets of strengthening the six key components of your business. You’ll discover simple yet powerful ways to run your company that will give you and your leadership team more focus, more growth, and more enjoyment.
Quote: Consensus management does not work. Period. Eventually it will put you out of business. Not everyone will be pleased in these situations, but as long as they have been heard and if the team is healthy, they can usually live with it and will support the decision.
My thoughts: Great ideas. Good suggestions. It is a good concise way to look at establishing strong and solid management of a business and to set a good foundation for effective management. A good synthesis of thoughts and approaches of many management books.
