TRANSITIONING RECENT GRADUATES INTO LAUNCHING THEIR FIRST CAREER WITH YOU

There is a major shift when transitioning from school to the workplace making it more challenging than expected, so we created a program to reduce the gaps and accelerate the transition to increase the integration of new employees into the company.

Accelerating the integration of new employees into your organization

THE JOB MARKET IS MORE COMPETITIVE THAN EVER.

RECRUITING, INTEGRATING AND RETAINING GOOD EMPLOYEES IS A CHALLENGE.

BRINGING A NEW EMPLOYEE UP TO SPEED QUICKLY FOR THEM TO CHOOSE TO STAY IS DIFFICULT.

We get your frustrations and your struggles.

It’s why we created the program: To help quickly integrate new employees with the right mindset, the right approach and the right competencies to successfully navigate your workplace.

We want your new employees to see beyond the job.

We want your new employees to see a career with you.

ARE YOUR NEW HIRES LEAVING THEIR JOB BEFORE THEY EVEN GET TO KNOW WHAT THE JOB IS?

There is a growing trend of people who leave their jobs before they have the opportunity to finish their on-boarding, let alone truly understand their actual job and position.

In an age of instant gratification, it is becoming more difficult to help a younger generation of employees to understand that it is not a single game (think one round of Call of Duty) they are playing when they join your team, but rather a multi-year campaign. It is now your role, as the employer, to share this with them and help them see this transformation.

Hiring the next generation of employees?

You want to hire young adults to join your team. You see your role as one of developing the next workforce.

You want them to succeed. And you also know they want to succeed. And yet...

They often are missing a better understanding of the realities at work.

They are missing some essential skills and competencies to succeed.

They usually do not see past their current job - they focus on the immediate.

They also have never been properly prepared for the workplace. It is now our role as employers, to support these adults in developing and navigating successful careers.
